SGLC AT HOA SEN UNIVERSITY: FROM “USING AI” TO “MASTERING AI”
As part of its working visit in Ho Chi Minh City, Stamford Global Leadership Center (SGLC), in collaboration with the Rong Xanh Fellowship network, participated in and supported the workshop “Taking Charge of AI: Security, Sovereignty & the Next Generation” hosted by Hoa Sen University.

During the session, Dr. Bangdao Chen raised a critical question: as we increasingly rely on AI, do we truly understand how our data is being protected?
He introduced two key approaches:
Zero-Trust: never assume trust - always verify before granting access
Private Data Wallet: keeping original data encrypted while allowing only necessary verification, without exposing underlying data
For SGLC, this reflects a core belief: mastering AI is not just about using tools - it is about understanding the value of data, recognizing risks, and knowing how to protect it.
