Professor in Practice at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Honorable Chair of the Advisory Board, SGLC.
Dr. Vu Minh Khuong is a Professor in Practice at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy since 2006, specializing in economic growth, digital transformation, green transition, and ASEAN economic integration.
With over 50 international publications, he is ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide and has extensive experience advising governments and multinational corporations on economic policy and transformative development. He holds a BA from Hanoi National University, and an MBA and PhD from Harvard University.

A leading medical expert in respiratory physiology with extensive international academic and clinical experience in France and Europe. He currently serves as Professor of Medicine and Head of the Clinical Physiology Unit at Cochin Hospital, University of Paris.

Hoang Huu Hanh
Deputy Director General of the National Digital Transformation Authority under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MST). Advisory Board Member, SGLC.
Assoc. Professor Hoang Huu Hanh (PhD) is Deputy Director General of the National Digital Transformation Authority under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MST). He received his PhD in Information Systems from Vienna University of Technology, Austria in 2007 and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2012. He has published numerous international research papers in areas including the Semantic Web, ontological engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Discovery, Linked Data, and Semantic Data Modelling. He is also the author and co-author of four Vietnamese books.

Bangdao Chen

Dr. Bangdao Chen received his Bachelor degree of Computer Science from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and both his Master’s and PhD in Computer Science from University of Oxford, where he also served as postdoctoral researcher. His main research directions include decentralised identity, payment security and communication security. He currently works on research and product development of information security, blockchain and other related technology. Together with his supervisor, Professor Bill Roscoe, he co-founded Shenzhen Hexin China-Europe Financial Technology Research Institute, The Blockhouse Technology Ltd. (based in U.K.), Oxford University College Blockchain Research Center, Oxford Hainan Blockchain Research Institute and other enterprises and research institutions.

She specialises in innovation management and human-centric digital strategies, bridging global advancements with Vietnam’s sustainable growth. Her work focuses on building expert-driven ecosystems to empower organisations in navigating the complexities of the Industry 4.0 era.

Ms. Nguyen Tam Trang is Vice Chairwoman of the Executive Board and Chief Human Resources Officer of GREENFEED Group. She brings over 25 years of experience in human resources management, having held senior HR leadership roles across major multinational and diversified corporations.
Prior to GREENFEED, Ms. Nguyen served as Global Senior Human Resources Director at Unilever International and Unilever Asia Pte Ltd, following her tenure as Vice President of Human Resources at Unilever Vietnam. Her areas of expertise span talent management, leadership development, organisational transformation, and strategic workforce planning.
